If a dealer has quoted you “County”, that word alone does not tell you who is building it, who is liable under the registration, or what their record is. This is every County-named entry in the Gautam Buddh Nagar register, mapped to the promoter entity that actually carries it.

Seventeen registrations, but not seventeen projects — several are phase-wise registrations of one development. What matters when you are comparing two “County” offers is the promoter column, not the brand.
How to read a row before you pay anyone

Match the promoter, not the name
The promoter entity carries the obligations under the registration. Two projects sharing the word County can have nothing else in common — different companies, different histories, different delivery records.

Read the tail of the number
A current UP-RERA registration reads UPRERAPRJ<digits>/MM/YYYY. The older 2017–2019 entries here predate that format, which is why they carry bare digits. A brand-new project quoting a bare number is worth questioning.

Search the number yourself
Put it into up-rera.in and read the filed details — sanctioned plans, completion dates, extensions and complaints. That page, not a brochure, is the project.

Treat a missing number as the answer
If a project is being marketed with prices and possession dates but no registration you can resolve on the portal, nothing about it is bookable yet — whatever the page says. We keep a fuller reading of the district's register at upreratracker.com.

Seventeen registrations carry County in the project name, across seven separate promoter entities. Several are phase-wise registrations of the same development, so seventeen registrations is not seventeen projects — Rhythm County alone accounts for three, Cleo County three, Ivory County three, and Jade County two.
Why does the sector column say not stated for most rows?
Because the address field is blank on those register entries in the copy we hold. We would rather show you a blank that matches the record than fill it in from a listing site. Where the register does carry an address, we have reproduced it exactly.
Which County project is in Sector 151, Noida?
Clove County, at Plot No. GH-02, Sector 151, registered 27 November 2025 under UPRERAPRJ696539/11/2025, promoted by Shirja Real Estate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. It is the most recent County registration in the district and the one most often mislabelled as Sector 150.
Is this the official County Group website?
